Sinusitis
Sinusitis is an inflammation or swelling of the tissue lining the sinuses, often caused by infections, allergies, or other conditions. It leads to symptoms like nasal congestion, headaches, facial pain, and pressure. For treatment, advanced diagnostic services and personalized treatment options are available, including medical management and minimally invasive procedures to alleviate chronic or acute sinusitis. These services are available in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, including cities like Coral Gables, Doral, Miami, Miramar, and Pembroke Pines.

Balloon Sinuplasty
Balloon Sinuplasty is a procedure to treat sinusitis, a condition where the sinuses become inflamed, causing pain and blocked nasal passages. In this minimally invasive technique, a small, balloon-like device is inserted into the sinus passages and then inflated. This expansion helps to widen the passageways, promoting better drainage of mucus and relieving pressure and pain. Unlike more invasive surgeries, balloon sinusitis is typically quicker, with a faster recovery time and less post-procedure discomfort.

Endoscopic Sinus Surgery
Endoscopic sinus surgery is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat blocked sinuses. Using a thin, flexible tube with a light and camera (an endoscope), surgeons can directly view and remove obstructions in the sinus passageways, improving drainage and relieving symptoms like pain and congestion.

CT Scan
A CT scan for the sinuses is a specialized imaging test that uses X-rays to create detailed cross-sectional images of the sinus cavities. It helps detect conditions like sinusitis, nasal polyps, structural issues (e.g., deviated septum), or tumors. The scan is quick, non-invasive, and often done without contrast. It provides more detailed information than a regular X-ray and is commonly used when chronic sinus issues don’t improve with treatment.
Nasal Obstruction
Nasal obstruction occurs when there is a blockage in the nasal passages, causing difficulty in breathing through the nose. It can result from nasal polyps, enlarged turbinates, or structural abnormalities. Comprehensive solutions are available, from non-surgical therapies to surgical interventions to improve nasal airflow and breathing. These services are available in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, including cities like Coral Gables, Kendall, Miami, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, and Plantation.

Nasal Cartilage Remodeling (Vivaer)
A non-invasive procedure that uses controlled energy to gently reshape nasal cartilage, improving airflow without altering the nose’s external appearance.
Lateral Nasal Wall Stenting (Latera)
This involves the insertion of a small implant to support and stabilize the lateral nasal wall, helping to keep the airways open and reduce nasal airway obstruction.

Septoplasty
A surgical procedure to correct a deviated septum, effectively straightening the nasal passage to improve airflow.
Rhinoplasty
Commonly known as a “nose job,” this surgery not only alters the nose’s shape for cosmetic reasons but can also enhance nasal function by correcting structural abnormalities.

Turbinate Coblation
This technique uses radiofrequency energy to reduce the size of the turbinates, small structures inside the nose that cleanse and humidify air, thereby enlarging the nasal passages and improving breathing.
Audio and Hearing
Audio and hearing disorders encompass a range of issues, from hearing loss to tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Solutions for these issues include cutting-edge technology and hearing aids. Tailored solutions are available to meet patients’ needs in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, including cities like Coral Gables, Aventura, Coconut Grove, Miramar, Plantation and Pembroke Pines. The holistic care approach at My Care 360 also enhances hearing outcomes for patients.

Audiogram Testing and Hearing Aids
We provide expert care with Audiogram Testing and Hearing Aids, essential for diagnosing and managing hearing loss. Through detailed audiogram testing, we accurately assess hearing sensitivity across various frequencies to understand the specific nature and degree of hearing impairment. This information is crucial in customizing hearing aids that amplify and modulate sounds to fit individual needs effectively. These tailored solutions significantly improve communication and daily interactions, enhancing the overall quality of life for those with hearing challenges. We are committed to delivering expert care and effective solutions to enhance your auditory function and quality of life.
Eustachian Tube Dilation
This minimally invasive procedure involves inserting a small balloon into the Eustachian tube through the nasal passage. The balloon is then gently inflated to widen the tube, improving ventilation and drainage, which can help restore normal ear function and hearing. This technique is typically quick, requires minimal recovery time, and can provide significant relief from the symptoms of Eustachian tube dysfunction.

Voice and Swallowing Disorders
Voice and swallowing disorders affect a person’s ability to speak or swallow comfortably and can range from mild hoarseness to more severe conditions such as dysphagia. Expert evaluations, including speech therapy and medical interventions, are available to treat these conditions. Specialized treatments for these disorders, particularly those related to sleep apnea, are also offered. These services are available in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, including cities like Coral Gables, Miami, Hollywood, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, and Plantation.

Endoscopy
Endoscopy for voice and swallowing disorders is a diagnostic procedure that allows specialists to examine the throat (pharynx), voice box (larynx), and upper esophagus using a thin, flexible tube with a camera (endoscope). This test helps identify issues like vocal cord dysfunction, inflammation, tumors, or structural abnormalities. It is typically performed in-office, using local anesthesia, and is essential for evaluating hoarseness, chronic throat discomfort, difficulty swallowing (dysphagia), or persistent coughing.
Flexible Rhino-Laringospy
Flexible rhino-laryngoscopy is a quick, in-office procedure used to examine the nasal passages, throat, and voice box (larynx) with a thin, flexible scope equipped with a light and camera. It helps diagnose conditions such as nasal obstruction, vocal cord issues, chronic cough, hoarseness, or swallowing difficulties. The procedure is typically done under local anesthesia (numbing spray) and allows real-time visualization of structures and function during breathing, speaking, and swallowing.

Stroboscopy
Stroboscopy is a specialized exam used to evaluate the movement of the vocal cords during speech. It uses a strobe light in sync with the vibration of the vocal cords, allowing slow-motion visualization of their function. This test is essential for diagnosing voice disorders such as nodules, polyps, vocal cord paralysis, or muscle tension dysphonia. It’s typically performed in-office using a rigid or flexible scope and provides detailed information about vocal fold vibration, closure, and symmetry.
Speech and Swallowing Therapy
Speech and swallowing therapy is a personalized treatment program led by a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) to help patients with communication difficulties and swallowing disorders (dysphagia). Therapy may address issues such as hoarseness, vocal strain, articulation problems, or difficulty chewing and swallowing. Techniques include vocal exercises, breathing coordination, dietary modifications, and strategies to improve safety and efficiency while speaking or eating. It’s commonly used after surgery, stroke, or due to neurological or structural conditions.
