Janine Ramirez is a dedicated Hearing Aid Specialist with over 30 years of experience in the hearing healthcare field. Originally from New Jersey, she relocated to South Florida to further pursue her passion for helping individuals with hearing loss live fuller, more connected lives. Janine began her professional journey studying nursing at Keiser College. While her early career was rooted in healthcare, she discovered a deep calling to work with the hearing-impaired community—a path that has since become her lifelong passion. Throughout her career, she has worked in both private practice and hospital settings, including several years of collaboration with top ENT specialists at Mount Sinai Hospital. As a proud member of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals Inc., Janine stays current with the latest advancements in hearing aid technology and best practices in patient care. Her approach is patient-centered, focusing on delivering customized solutions that enhance communication and overall quality of life. Known for her compassion and commitment to excellence, Janine works closely with her patients to ensure they feel supported every step of the way. She is confident in her ability to make a lasting impact on her patients’ lives through expert care and personalized attention. Outside of her professional life, Janine cherishes time with her family. She is a proud mother of two.

Dr. Carlos A. Torre

Rhinoplasty and Sleep Surgery Specialist

Dr. Carlos A. Torre, Medical Director of yENTi Group, is a board-certified otolaryngologist with advanced training in sleep medicine and complex airway and nasal conditions. With a medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico and further clinical research training at the University of California, San Francisco, he went on to serve as Assistant Professor at the University of Miami, where he founded and led the Sleep Surgery Program. Throughout his career, Dr. Torre has been recognized for his multidisciplinary approach to care—focusing not only on treating symptoms, but on identifying and addressing the root causes of ENT-related conditions through innovation, research, and collaboration.

Dr. Torre works closely with the clinic’s audiology specialists to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care. While the audiologist leads advanced diagnostic testing such as audiograms and hearing aid programming, Dr. Torre provides the medical oversight needed to evaluate underlying ear conditions, determine the cause of hearing loss, and guide appropriate treatment when medical or surgical intervention is required. This collaborative model allows yENTi Group to deliver a seamless patient experience, combining precise diagnostics, personalized hearing solutions, and expert ENT care under one roof, ensuring each patient benefits from both specialized audiology expertise and physician-led medical insight.
