Dr. Eve Bowers, MD
Otolaryngologist
Dr. Eve Bowers is a Pittsburgh native who graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania before earning her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
She completed her residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, receiving comprehensive training in nasal and sinus disorders, thyroid and salivary gland disease, ear and hearing conditions, disorders of the throat and voice, pediatric otolaryngology, facial plastic surgery, and sleep surgery.
Dr. Bowers has authored more than 20 publications and presented her work nationally and internationally. She is passionate about serving South Florida’s diverse community and providing individualized, evidence-based care in both English and Spanish.
Diego Rutenberg, L.Ac., IFMCP
Functional Medicine Practitioner
Dr. Diego Rutenberg leads Holistic Specialists with a focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns. A Florida-licensed Oriental Medicine Physician since 2011, he has built his practice around functional, holistic, and evolutionary medicine, treating each patient as a whole rather than focusing solely on symptoms.
His advanced training includes IFMCP certification from the Institute for Functional Medicine, ADAPT training through the Kresser Institute, certification from Functional Medicine University, Functional Biochemistry training, and GAPS Nutritional Protocol Practitioner certification.
Under his leadership, Holistic Specialists brings together a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, personalized care across South Florida. His philosophy emphasizes the safest, most effective, and least toxic approaches to support the body’s natural healing abilities, incorporating prescription medications when clinically necessary.
Amparo Robles, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Aesthetic Clinician/Nurse Practitioner
Amparo Robles is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of healthcare experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Barry University and is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
Her clinical experience includes primary care, chronic disease management, preventive medicine, and patient education. Amparo takes a personalized, collaborative approach to care, helping patients improve their health, prevent illness, and enhance their quality of life.
With a strong interest in wellness, preventive medicine, and aesthetic care, she emphasizes healthy lifestyle choices and comprehensive, patient-centered treatment. Committed to lifelong learning, Amparo continually advances her knowledge to provide high-quality care informed by the latest developments in medicine.
Luz Treviño, RN
Allergy Specialist Nurse
Luz Treviño is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience specializing in allergy care. A graduate of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León in Mexico and certified by the Florida Board of Nursing, Luz combines extensive medical expertise with a deep passion for patient education.
She is dedicated to helping patients identify their allergy triggers and manage their environment effectively. Besides allergy skin testing, Luz is also highly skilled in immunotherapy, creating personalized treatment plans and administering them in a clinical setting at Yenti Group. Her compassionate, hands-on approach supports patients every step of the way—often achieving near-complete relief from allergy symptoms.
Janine Ramirez, HAS
Hearing Aid Specialist
Janine Ramirez is a dedicated Hearing Aid Specialist with over 30 years of experience in hearing healthcare. Originally from New Jersey, she relocated to South Florida to pursue her passion for helping individuals with hearing loss enjoy fuller, more connected lives.
After studying nursing at Keiser College, Janine discovered her calling in hearing healthcare. Her experience spans private practice and hospital settings, including collaboration with leading ENT specialists at Mount Sinai Hospital.
As a member of the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals, Inc., she stays current with advances in hearing aid technology and patient care. Janine takes a personalized, compassionate approach, providing customized solutions to improve communication and quality of life. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and is a proud mother of two.
