Physician Assistant – Otolaryngology
Tori Scinicariello, PA-C, is a dedicated and compassionate physician assistant specializing in Otolaryngology at the Yenti Group. With ten years of experience in healthcare, she brings a thoughtful, patient-first approach to diagnosing and managing conditions of the ears, nose, and throat.
Tori earned her Bachelors in Biology from Nova Southeastern University and her Masters in Physician Assistant studies from Florida International University, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for ENT medicine. She has particular interest in sinus disease, allergy care, sleep disorders, and enjoys helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their care plans.
Adriana Pérez
Clinical Coordinator – YENTI Group

Dr. Adriana Pérez is an International Medical Graduate (IMG) trained in Venezuela, where she also completed her residency in Otolaryngology (ENT). With over ten years of experience in the healthcare field, she has dedicated her career to providing specialized, patient-centered care. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and Certified Surgical Assistant, further enhancing her ability to support both clinical operations and patient treatment.
For the past two years, she has been part of the YENTI Group team, serving as Clinical Coordinator. In this role, she oversees and streamlines clinical processes, ensuring high-quality care with a compassionate approach.
Her commitment to medical excellence, dedication to service, and extensive clinical experience make her an essential part of the team.
Juleidy Castro, MMS, PA-C,
is a Board Certified Physician Associate with over 15 years of experience in various roles in the medical field that have shaped her role as an Advanced Practice Provider. She earned her Master of Medical Science in 2021 and currently specializes in the management of general ENT conditions such as Sinusitis, Allergic Rhinitis, Laryngopharyngeal Reflux Disease, as well as Obstructive Sleep Apnea. In addition to her ENT practice, Juleidy is also trained in Aesthetic Medicine, with a focus on neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and weight loss management. She is passionate about providing personalized, high-quality care to help patients look and feel their best.
Laura Rivas, PA-C
Laura Rivas is a certified Physician Associate who earned her Master of Health Science from Nova Southeastern University. Before becoming a PA, she gained valuable experience in healthcare through a variety of roles that helped shape her patient-centered approach.
At our practice, Laura evaluates and manages a range of general ENT conditions, including sinusitis, sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, allergies, and laryngopharyngeal reflux. She is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care and enjoys helping patients feel their best through thoughtful and effective treatment plans.
Luz Treviño, RN
Allergy Specialist Nurse
Luz Treviño is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience specializing in allergy care. A graduate of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León in Mexico and certified by the Florida Board of Nursing, Luz combines extensive medical expertise with a deep passion for patient education.
She is dedicated to helping patients identify their allergy triggers and manage their environment effectively. Besides allergy skin testing, Luz is also highly skilled in immunotherapy, creating personalized treatment plans and administering them in a clinical setting at Yenti Group. Her compassionate, hands-on approach supports patients every step of the way—often achieving near-complete relief from allergy symptoms.
